Shipping your parcel
Parcels are generally shipped within 2 days of receiving payment. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Parcels can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered with a signature required. Please contact us before choosing this delivery option, as it incurs additional fees. Whichever delivery method is chosen, we will send you a link to track your parcel online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend combining all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
